International Courier Costs

The fees we pay to courier companies are based on the weight or dimensions of the package—courier companies opt for whichever is larger. We have extensive experience in imports and negotiate the lowest rates possible. However our discounts are not comparable to companies specialising in fast-moving consumables etc. Since COVID, international courier companies have a number of variable charges to each invoice. These charges can include fuel surcharge, demand surcharge, security fee, disbursement fee, oversize and excess weight, GST on shipment cost etc. Some of these items can increase the basic cost by up to 30% each.

International Customs

Our commitment to quality means sourcing high-quality products from companies that are global leaders in their niche. These companies are both based and manufacture in the UK, US, and Europe. When these items enter Australia, they are subject to customs duties and taxes as determined by Australian customs.

Shipping Insurance

To give you peace of mind, all shipments include shipping insurance. This covers any potential loss or damage during transit, ensuring there won’t be any financial burden or unnecessary delays if an issue arises with your shipment.

Expedited Shipping Options
