ACCURATE HEART-RATE MONITORING FOR EXERCISE LABS
BLUETOOTH RECEIVER THAT BRIDGES POLAR CHEST BELTS WITH YOUR DATA-ACQUISITION SYSTEMS, ALLOWING SUBJECTS TO RECORD THEIR HEART-RATE WIRELESSLY.
TURNING THEORY INTO UNDERSTANDING
In physiology and exercise-science labs, seeing how the body responds to activity is central to learning. Accurate heart-rate data lets students explore cardiovascular function, energy expenditure, and recovery in real time – turning theory into hands-on understanding.
QUICK, EASY ADDITION TO CLASSES
NovaWhite’s Bluetooth Receiver makes this easy. It bridges modern Polar H10 chest belts with your existing PowerLab or iWorx systems, delivering clear, movement-resistant signals in LabChart or AcqKnowledge software, even during running, cycling, or other active experiments.
NO SIGNAL INTERFERENCE – IT JUST WORKS
With longer range, pre-paired connections, and user-replaceable batteries, the NovaWhite device removes the frustrations of older model Polar chest belts and transmitters, such as signal interference when students are placed closely together. Optional extension cord (as shown) further extends range. Educators are able to focus on teaching and students on learning.
A MODERN REPLACEMENT FOR LEGACY POLAR RECEIVERS
Existing Polar receivers offer very limited range (~1 m), non-replaceable batteries, and susceptibility to interference. They also rely on discontinued chest belt version Polar T31.
The NovaWhite receiver solves these issues by pairing directly with modern H10 belts, providing validated, dependable BLE data that can be converted straight into an analog signal for any DIN-based data acquisition system.
ADDS FLEXIBILITY TO YOUR POWERLAB OR IWORX DAQ CLASSROOM
You can easily integrate the NovaWhite Receiver into your existing teaching setup – whether using PowerLab with LabChart or iWorx with LabScribe. Simply plug it into the DIN input on your data acquisition system, and you will instantly be able to capture heart-rate data via Bluetooth, with its range up to 10 metres.
This allows your classroom to benefit from modern Polar H10 belts, offering a greater data range while maintaining full compatibility with your current hardware and software-no need for a complete overhaul.
The Receiver works seamlessly as students engage in activities like exercising or cycling, enhancing both learning and data collection.
