How do I return products for repair?
Please start by contacting us and we will talk you through all your available options. This includes products under warranty .
We will guide you through product return and organise fast pick and delivery of your systems, typically using TNT Express couriers.
We are local so we can be faster
Our repair centre is in Sydney to provide fast, cost effective turnaround – this avoids overseas shipping or customs clearance delays and saves significant shipping costs.
Most repairs are completed within 24-48 hours. Products within Australia are returned using speedy next-day metro and interstate courier/postal services.
In more than 95% of cases, we are able to perform servicing and repairs locally. If systems do need to be returned to the manufacturer, we will take care of it. We organise shipping, track progress and provide updates. Our priority is always fast returns for minimal interruption.
